There are many long-only asset management firms in Korea, but not many alternative management companies specializing in Block-Deals, Unlisted stocks and Alternative real estate investments. We have built the first block deal private equity fund in Korea on in June of 2018, soft closing it after a month and a half of fund-rasing at KRW 200 Billion, and are consulting/managing the fund that can buy the largest amount of single asset in a block deal in Korea.

Ulternative Investment Advisory Asset Management pursues optimized real estate investment for different commodities, as well as selecting core locations through distinctive investment systems. Moreover, specialized funds for development/management for increased returns on real estate located in core areas will be launched, while specialists with professional experiences in real estate trusts will be joining the team for effective business managements.

Ulternative Asset Management provides services of carefully selecting OTC stocks with high possibilities of achieving an IPO for a select few clients. We also offer services of creating a private equity fund from club deals. For this purpose, we work in cooperation with OTC stock analysts, fund managers as well as OTC stock platforms.
